Attachments of an inspection instruction

This action can also be carried out via Inspection Management > Inspection Instructions > My Inspection Instructions > Track & Trace > Attachments.
  1. Choose Inspection Management > Inspections in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Find and select the inspection.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select the vertical tab Instructions, and choose the sub tab Inspection Instructions.
    • Select the vertical tab References, select the desired reference and choose the sub tab Inspection Instructions.
  4. Select the inspection instruction.
  5. In the sub tab Attachments, click Add Attachment .
  6. In the option group Properties, enter the following data:
    FieldExplanation
    Name

    (mandatory field)

    Name of the document.

    Description Description of the document.
    ID Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID.
    Category Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual category.
    Type

    Choose one of the following types:

    • URL
    • File Path
    • Database
    • Sharepoint

  7. Click Finish.
  8. To edit an attachment, click Edit Attachment .
  9. To remove an attachment, click Remove Attachment.
