Statuses of an inspection instruction

After an inspection instruction is created, the inspection instructions are in the status RELEASED. After processing the inspection through the wizard or running a separate inspection instruction, the inspection instruction changes to the status STOPPED. After closing the inspection, the inspection instructions that were in the status STOPPED change to the status COMPLETED. Inspection instructions that have not been run yet (that is, they are in the RELEASED status) change to the status ABORTED. An inspection instruction that has not been run yet, can be aborted, and changes to the status ABORTED.
