Reset an inspection instruction

If the inspection is not in the status FINISHED, ABORTED or TERMINATED and if one or more results have already been registered for the inspection instruction, the instruction can be reset. The results are removed, but all previously taken actions remain visible in Events.

  1. Choose Inspection Management > Inspections in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Find and select the inspection.
  3. Select the vertical tab Instructions, and choose the sub tab Inspection Instructions.
  4. Select the inspection instruction.
  5. Click Reset Inspection Instruction .
  6. Confirm in the dialog box Cancel Inspection Instruction.
