Delete a variant

To delete a recipe variant all versions must be deleted first. Variants of a recipe with a version with a RELEASED (PRODUCTION) or RELEASED (FINAL) status cannot be deleted, even if that version was already deleted.

  1. Choose Recipe Management > Recipes in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the variant.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click the selection and click Delete Variant in the shortcut menu.
    • Choose Delete Variant in the toolbar.
  4. Confirm in the dialog box Delete Variant.
