Phantom outputs

It is also possible to produce multiple primary outputs in a single production run by using a phantom output. When using a phantom item as primary output, the system will produce the individual products in the phantom item's BOM as a set (all individual products are produced simultaneously). Based on the configuration the produced items can be handled on a single (mixed) LPN or on separate (uniform) LPNs per item.

Furthermore, the following things can be set for the output(s) of an operation:

• The production registration.
• The data collection.
• The WIP-OUT inventory, if the module Material Management is available.
• The QC status, if the module Inspection & Quality Management is available.
• The inventory handling, if the module Warehouse Management Engine is available.
