Update recipes

This action is used to integrate instruction modifications in recipes. That way, recipes which are finally released can still be updated as regards instructions.

The configurator can choose which recipes must be updated. Only the recipes in the status RELEASED (FINAL) can be updated. When updating the recipes, a copy is made of the chosen recipes. These will be put back in the status RELEASED (FINAL) immediately, but with the updated operations data.

  1. Choose menu Tools > Recipe Management > Update Recipes.
  2. Select the recipes you want to update.
  3. Click Next.
  4. If required, check the option Set all previously released versions obsolete in the dialog box Update Recipes Wizard. In this way only the new released recipe will be available.
    Dependent on the settings in System Management, the release options will appear in the dialog box Wizard Update Recipes. See Set the release options of a recipe.
  5. Click Finish.
