Unrelease an order

  • Use Task Management to recall the release of a task instead of recalling the release of an order.
  • If you recall the release of an order, all tasks in each work zone will be unreleased. It is not recommended to work this way!
If one or more pick order(s) of this order are part of a pick group, this action will have an effect on the pick group. See Pick groups.

As long as an operator did not start any task, the order can still be unreleased.

  1. Choose Outbound Management > Orders in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select one or more orders with the status RELEASED.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Unrelease Order in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Unrelease Order in the shortcut menu.
  4. Confirm in the dialog box Unrelease Order.
