Attachments of an order
- Choose Outbound Management > Orders.
- Select the order.
- Choose the sub tab Attachments.
- Click Edit Attachment in the toolbar.

To add a new attachment, click Add Attachment
.
To edit an existing attachment, select the tab Properties.

Complete the following data in the option group Properties of the dialog box Add Attachment Wizard:
Field Explanation Name (mandatory field)
The name of the attachment.
Description Description of the attachment. ID Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID. Category Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual category. Type Choose one of the following types:- Text
- HTML Text
- URL
- File Path
- Repository File
- Database
- Sharepoint

- If a new attachment was added, click Finish.

If required, add more new attachments or edit existing attachments.
To remove an attachment, select this attachment and click Remove Attachment .
- If required, add free fields to attachments. See Edit free fields via tab (Supervisor).
- Click OK.
