Allocate multiple orders

If one or more pick order(s) of this order are part of a pick group, this action will have an effect on the pick group. See Pick groups.
  1. Choose Outbound Management > Orders in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select multiple orders in the status PLANNED.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Allocate Order in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Allocate Order in the shortcut menu.
  4. Confirm in the dialog box Allocate Order.
  5. In the option group Picking Release, select one of the following options:

    Order Picking A pick list is generated for every order.
    Group Picking

    If the same item has to be picked multiple times for different outbound orders, and these pick orders can be grouped, a pick list will be generated for the sum of the quantities.

    The picked items must be divided per order later. This is currently not yet supported by default by Objective. Contact Objective for more information.
  6. Click Finish.
  7. A message that the order cannot be allocated may appear. Read the message carefully and click Cancel.
