Inventory attributes are edited after certain characteristics of the inventory have changed.
      When inventory needs to be reworked, returned or registered as scrap, for example.

          The inventory attributes are entered by the Configurator.Whether or not these inventory attributes can be edited, is set by the Configurator. | 
|  | This action is only available if the option Inventory Details is checked in the toolbar. |

        Choose the tab Stock.
      
- 
        Set how you wish to view the stock, see View inventory.
        
          |  | If LPN is chosen as Item Level, the inventory attributes can be edited for a part of the LPN. |

        Select one or more inventories.
        
          |  | If you want to edit the inventory attributes for a part of the LPN, select just 1 LPN. |

        Do one of the following:
        
          - Click Edit Inventory Attributes
             . .
- Right-click the inventory and choose Edit Inventory Attributes in the shortcut menu.
 If the selected inventory consists of serial numbers, a dialog window appears first in which you can select the serial numbers concerned.

          Edit the inventory attributes as follows:
          
            - Check the inventory attribute on or off.
- If checked, click on the field next to the inventory attribute, select the required value for the inventory attribute and click OK.

        If you want to edit the inventory attributes for a part of the LPN, enter the desired quantity in the option group Adjusted.

          Click Next.
        
- 
        Choose in the drop-down menu Reason, the reason for the inventory adjustment.
        
          |  | The inventory adjustment reasons were entered with the Configurator. For example: UNKNOWN - Inventory cannot be found; EXPIRED - Inventory has expired and cannot be sold anymore; QC MODIFIED - QC status is edited,... |

          Click Finish.
