Display unavailable inventory info

If the supply line is preceded by , the inventory is not available. Inventory may be unavailable as a result of inventory locks, quality control, or inventory relocations.

  1. Choose the tab Stock.
  2. Set how you wish to view the stock, see View inventory.
  3. Select the inventory line preceded by .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Unavailable Inventory Info .
    • Right-click the inventory and choose Unavailable Inventory Info in the shortcut menu.
  5. View the summary of the unavailable inventory in the dialog box Wizard Unavailable Inventory Info.
  6. Click Finish.
