Unrelease a backorder

Only backorders with the status RELEASED can be unreleased.
Upon unrelease of a backorder, the crossdock tasks will be unreleased and can no longer be executed by the operator. The backorder can be re-released later.
Already released crossdock tasks are returned to the status PLANNED when the release of the backorder is rolled back, regardless of whether they were created as planned crossdock tasks.
  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Backorders in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select one or more backorders.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Unrelease Backorder .
    • Right-click the selection and choose Unrelease Backorder in the shortcut menu.
  4. Confirm in the dialog box Unrelease Backorder.
