Edit a backorder

When editing a backorder, only the priority can be adjusted, and you can indicate whether a drop off location or zone can be configured.
  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Backorders in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Search for and select the backorder.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Edit Backorder in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the backorder and choose Edit Backorder in the shortcut menu.
The dialog box Wizard Edit Backorder will appear.
  4. Where applicable, in the option group Order Info, edit the following fields:
    FieldExplanation
    Priority

The tasks with the highest priority will be offered first to the operator (depending on his work profile).

When the priority of a backorder is changed, the related tasks and any crossdock lists will automatically receive the same priority.

Choose in the drop-down menu Priority one of the following values: Very High, High, Normal, Low, Very Low.

  5. In the options group Drop Off Info, choose one of the following fields:
    FieldExplanation
