Pause a shipment

Only a shipment with the status ACTIVE can be paused.

  1. Choose Outbound Management > Shipments in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the shipment.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Pause Shipment in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Pause Shipment in the shortcut menu.
  4. Confirm in the dialog box Pause Shipment.
