Cancel the loading of an LPN

The loading of an LPN that is ready to be loaded can be canceled. The LPN will not be loaded onto the truck.

  1. Choose Outbound Management > Shipments in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select a shipment.
  3. Choose the sub tab Overview LPNs.
  4. Select one or more LPNs.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • Click Cancel Load in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Cancel Load in the shortcut menu.
  6. Confirm in the dialog box Cancel Load.
