Declare the LPN as permanently lost

If the lost LPN cannot be found, the supervisor can declare it permanently lost. This will remove the LPN permanently from Objective but the LPN can still be viewed in the tab Inventory Balance History.

  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Inventory Balance in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Lost LPN in the Data Pane.
  3. Select one or more lost LPNs.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Declare Permanently Lost in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the LPN and choose Declare Permanently Lost in the shortcut menu.
  5. Confirm in the dialog box Declare Permanently Lost.
