Take an LPN buffer offline

An LPN buffer requiring changes, must be taken offline.
It is not possible to take an LPN buffer offline if it has allocated inventory (also if it has open replenishments in response to order requests).
  1. Choose Warehouse Management > LPN Buffers.
  2. Select the LPN buffer.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Take LPN Buffer Offline in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose Take LPN Buffer Offline in the Shortcut menu.
  4. Click Yes in the dialog box Take LPN Buffer Offline to confirm that you want to take the LPN buffer offline.

    Possibly, the dialog box Take LPN Buffer Offline will appear with the notification that there are open replenishments to maintain the minimum required number of LPNs. Click:

    • Yes, to close the open replenishments and take the LPN buffer offline,
    • No, to make the required changes and repeat the procedure from step 1.

    If the LPN buffer is taken offline, all of its locations will also be taken offline!

    If the LPN buffer is brought back online, all of its locations will also be brought online.
