Add a new general replenish rule

  1. Choose Warehouse Management > Rules > Pick / Replenish > Replenish in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab General Replenish Rule in the Data Pane.
  3. Click Add Rule Block .
    The field Info is completed automatically as the replenish rule is configured.
  4. In the option group With Replenishment Type, select how the item will be replenished.
    OptionExplanation
    Bulk The item will be replenished in bulk.
    LPN The item will be replenished per full logistic carrier.
    Any Storage Type No preference for replenishment method.
  5. In the option group With Inventory Attributes, set the inventory attributes of the item. Individual inventory attributes can be created, see Add inventory attributes, that can be used to create a replenish rule.
  6. In the option group With ABC Classification, check the ABC classification of the item.

    LPN Stock If necessary, check and select from the drop-down menu the ABC classification for items on a full logistic carrier.
    SKU Stock If necessary, check and select from the drop-down menu the ABC classification for items on a less than full logistic carrier.
  7. In the option group To Location(s) in, select the pick locations to replenish.

    Enter the name of the storage zone, warehouse, location, pick zone or LPN buffer here or use the Select Storage Zone / Warehouse / Location / Pick Zone / LPN Buffer button to select the location(s) where the item will be replenished.
    Any Warehouse No preference for pick location.
  8. Click Pick/Replenishment Scenarios .
  9. Select a scenario in the dialog box Pick/Replenishment Scenarios.
  10. Click OK.
    • The rule block that corresponds the most with the item will be executed first.
    • The sequence of the rule blocks only matters if the rule blocks are of equal value.
    • To change the sequence of the rule blocks: Select the rule block and use the arrows to edit the sequence.
  11. Where applicable, add one or several filters to the replenish rule.
