Add a new terminate reason

If a task is terminated by the operator or supervisor, a terminate reason must be entered.

A terminated task can no longer be activated!

For example: LPN untraceable

Choose Warehouse Management > Task Reasons in the Navigation Pane.
Do one of the following:
- Right-click Terminate Reasons in the Navigation Pane and choose New Terminate Reason in the shortcut menu.
- Click Terminate Reasons in the Data Pane and click New Terminate Reason in the toolbar of the tab Terminate Reasons.

In the option group Terminate Reason, complete the fields below:

Field	Explanation
Name	(mandatory field) The name of the terminate reason.
Description	The description of the terminate reason.
ID	Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID.
Category	Choose from the following categories: LPN Task Not Executable, if the task cannot be processed by an operator with a full logistic carrier, the operator will get terminate reasons from this category. SKU Task Not Executable, if the task cannot be processed by an operator with a less than full carrier, the operator will get terminate reasons from this category.

Where applicable, in the option group Handling Options, check the options below:

Field	Explanation
Lock Location with Reason	Lock location so that no new orders can be sent to that location. The location is logistically locked. Check, choose the inventory lock reason and click Finish.
Lock LPN with Reason	Lock the LPN. The tasks on the LPN will be set to error. The LPN is logistically locked. Check, choose the inventory lock reason and click Finish.
Generate Stock Check	Objective automatically generates a counting task for the relevant location.
Mark LPN as lost	The LPN inventory will be removed from the list.
Auto Reallocate LPN	Objective allocates a similar LPN with identical specifications to execute the task.
