    • CLEANUP EVENTS
      Value Explanation
      Target Remove event records in System Management of the Supervisor.
      Parameter 1 (optionally) Type (0: Information, 1: Warning, 2: Error).
      Parameter 2 (optionally) Category (empty: all categories taken into account).
      Parameter 3 (optionally) Period online (31 days by default). Older events will be removed.
    • CLEANUP UPLOAD HISTORY
      Value Explanation
      Target Remove upload history records in System Management of the Supervisor.
      Parameter 1 (optionally) Period online (31 days by default). Older events will be removed.
    • CLEANUP OLD TREND DATA FILES
      Value Explanation
      Target Remove trend data files older than (current – cleanupPeriod). These files are in % APPLICATIONSERVER INSTALLATION_PATH%/data/trends.
      Parameter 1 (optionally) cleanupPeriod. Period online (365 days by default). Can be overwritten in applicationserver.xml (see property FILETRENDFACTORYIMPL.CLEANUPPERIOD).
      Parameter 2 (optionally) Extensions: only remove trends with these extensions (, separated).
    • CLEANUP OLD DATABASE TREND DATA

      Target Remove database trend data files older than (current – cleanupPeriod).

      (optionally) cleanupPeriod. Period online (365 days by default). Can be overwritten in applicationserver.xml (see property SQLTRENDFACTORYIMPL.CLEANUPPERIOD).

      Parameter 2 classNames: the trend class names which need to be removed.

      Target Execute the garbage collector. Objects which won't be used anymore by the application will be removed from the memory. Memory space will be cleared in a safe way.

      The files to remove can be defined in applicationserver.xml in the module FILECLEANUPHANDLER. A number of properties can be imparted with PATH, FILE.REGEX and ONLINEPERIOD (Technical).

        Target Activate PLE to bundle all planned pick orders within the planned grouping horizon in pick groups.
        Parameter 1 PLE Group Name: only pick orders with the given PLE group will be grouped automatically.
        Parameter 2 PLE Flow Name: only pick orders with the given PLE flow will be grouped automatically.
        Parameter 3 Horizon (H:M): Determines how long in advance pick orders will be grouped. This parameter overrides the default grouping horizon of the PLE flow (if set), see Set grouping parameters of a PLE flow, but is ignored if larger than the default grouping horizon of the PLE flow.
      • WMS PLE: (DE)ALLOCATE PICK ORDERS
        Value Explanation
        Target Activate PLE to allocate all planned pick orders or pick groups within the planned allocation horizon and reserve the necessary stock. Pick orders or picking groups that will be outside the allocation horizon as a result of planning changes will automatically be deallocated and the stock reserves will be canceled. When working with partial allocations for production, the command WMS PLE: UPDATE PARTIAL PICK ORDERS DUE DATE will in any event be triggered before this command.
        Parameter 1 PLE Group Name: Only pick orders with the given PLE group will be allocated automatically.
        Parameter 2 PLE Flow Name: Only pick orders with the given PLE flow will be allocated automatically.
        Parameter 3 Horizon (H:M): Determines how long in advance pick orders will be allocated. This parameter overrides the default allocation horizon of the PLE flow (if set), see Set allocation parameters of a PLE flow, but is ignored if larger than the default allocation horizon of the PLE flow.
      • WMS PLE: (DE)ALLOCATE BACKORDERS
        Value Explanation
        Target Activate PLE to prepare all planned backorders within the planned allocation horizon for (crossdock) allocation. Backorders that, due to planning changes, will be outside the allocation horizon, will be automatically deallocated and any associated crossdock tasks will be canceled/replaced by other crossdock / putaway tasks.
        Parameter 1 PLE Group Name: Only backorders with the given PLE group will be allocatable automatically.
        Parameter 2 PLE Flow Name: Only backorders with the given PLE flow will be allocatable automatically.
        Parameter 3 Horizon (H:M): Determines how long in advance backorders will be made allocatable. This parameter overrides the default allocation horizon of the PLE flow (if set), see Set allocation parameters of a PLE flow, but is ignored if larger than the default allocation horizon of the PLE flow.
      • WMS PLE: GROUP PICK LISTS
        Value Explanation
        Target Activate PLE to bundle all planned pick lists per work zone or pick and pass zone within the pick list grouping horizon as efficiently as possible in multi-order pick lists.
        Parameter 1 PLE Flow Name: Only pick lists with the given PLE flow will be grouped automatically.
        Parameter 2 Work Zone Name: Only pick lists with the given work zone will be grouped automatically but is not applicable to multi-pick lists that are part of the pick and pass zone.
        Parameter 3 Horizon (H:M): Determines how long in advance pick lists will be grouped. This parameter overrides the default grouping horizon of the PLE flow (if set), see Set grouping parameters of a PLE flow, but is ignored if larger than the default grouping horizon of the PLE flow.
      • WMS PLE: (UN)RELEASE TASK LISTS
        Value Explanation
        Target Activate PLE to release all planned pick and crossdock lists and replenishments within the provided release horizon for execution. Lists without shortages will be released on the basis of their planned start, lists with shortages will only be released if their final start date has been reached. This task list will be unreleased by PLE if the earliest start date is in the future by changing the planning or by modifications to the work zone calendars.
        When working with partial allocations for production, the command WMS PLE: UPDATE PARTIAL PICK ORDERS DUE DATE will in any event be triggered before this command.
        Parameter 1 PLE Flow Name: Only pick and crossdock lists and replenishments with the given PLE flow will be (un)released automatically.
        Parameter 2 Work Zone Name: Only pick and cross dock lists and replenishments for the given work zone will be (un)released automatically but is not applicable to multi-pick lists that are part of the pick and pass zone.
      • WMS: (UN)RELEASE GROUPED REPLENISHMENTS
        Value Explanation
        Target Activate PLE to release grouped replenishments for execution. Grouped replenishments will be released if the replenishment parameters (minimum and maximum # LPNs) are complied with, if there are no shortages and if the planned start time is exceeded. This grouped replenishment will be unreleased by PLE if the earliest start date is in the future by changing the planning or by modifications to the work zone calendars.
        Parameter 1

        PLE Flow Name: Only grouped replenishments with the given PLE flow will be (un)released automatically.

        Parameter 2 Work Zone Name: Only grouped replenishments for the given work zone will be (un)released automatically.
      • WMS PLE: UPDATE PARTIAL PICKORDERS DUE DATE
        Value Explanation
        Target Activate PLE if working with partial allocations for production. The due dates for the following pick orders for the individual consumption windows will be actualized on the basis of the actual progress of the actual consumption window.

      • WMS PLE: CALCULATE PICK LIST VOLUMETRICS
        Value Explanation
        Target Activate PLE to start volumetrics calculations. The calculations will be executed if there are no shortages and if the planned start time is exceeded.
        Parameter 1 PLE Flow Name: The volumetrics calculations will only be executed for pickings with the given PLE flow.
        Parameter 2 Work Zone Name: The volumetrics calculations will only be executed for pickings for the given work zone.
      • WMS PLE: GROUP PICK LISTS BY VOLUMETRICS
        Value Explanation
        Target Activate PLE to start volumetrics calculations to bundle all planned pick lists per work zone or pick and pass zone as efficiently as possible in multi-order pick lists.
        Parameter 1 PLE Flow Name: The volumetrics calculations will only be executed for pickings with the given PLE flow.
        Parameter 2 Work Zone Name: The volumetrics calculations will only be executed for pickings for the given work zone.
