Add a new delivery

  1. Choose Outbound Management > Deliveries in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click New Delivery in the toolbar.
    • Right click Deliveries or My Deliveries in the Navigation pane and choose New Delivery in the shortcut menu.
  3. In the option group Delivery Info, complete the fields below:

    Description

    Enter the description of the delivery.

    If no ID is entered, an ID will be automatically assigned.

    Expected Check and click to select the date and time of the expected arrival of the shipment.
    Priority

    The higher the priority, the sooner the delivery will be executed.

    Choose in the drop-down menu Priority one of the following values: Very High, High, Normal, Low, Very Low.

    Automatically release the delivery Check this option if the delivery should be released automatically after it is created.
    Auto Shipment Building Check this option if shipments should be created automatically. If a shipment is closed and the order is not yet fully loaded, a new shipment will be created automatically.
  4. Do one of the following in the option group Carrier Info:
    • Enter the name of the carrier and press ENTER.
    • Click Select Carrier , select the carrier and click Finish.
    • Press ALT + R, select the carrier and click Finish.
  5. Click Finish.
