Inspection results

Each completed inspection instruction is marked with a colored circle, which shows the result:

The inspection receives a result based on the combined results of the inspection instructions (OK, WARNING or NOT OK).

As soon as one of the inspections is NOT OK, the result of the inspection sheet is NOT OK, except for AQL inspections (see AQL inspections). You can show information to the operator for each result (OK, WARNING or NOT OK) and you can send an e-mail to the quality manager(s).

An inspection cannot be closed without a result. The inspection result can - with the right authorization - be manually modified by the QC operator.
