Request an LPN for inspection

With this action, a task can be created to move an LPN to a WIP location of a QC workstation.
  1. Choose Inspection Management > Inspections in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Search for and select one or more inspections.
  3. Choose the tab Stock and set the Item Level at LPN.
  4. Select one or more LPNs.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • Click request LPN in the toolbar.
    • Right-click the selection and choose request LPN in the shortcut menu.
    The dialog box Wizard LPN requests will appear.
  6. Select the inventory that should be relocated.
    To select and deselect multiple inventory, use the buttons Check All , Uncheck All , Check Selection and/or Uncheck Selection .

    Click for an overview of the tasks that need to be performed on the inventory.

    On relocation of the inventory the tasks will not be canceled but transferred to the new location.

  7. Choose one of the following options in the option group Relocation Options:
    OptionExplanation
    Relocate LPNs

    The LPN with the inventory at that time.
    Relocate top LPNs The (mother) carrier with all its sub LPNs (content) will be relocated.
  8. Click Next.
  9. In the Destination Location option group, select the location to which the inventory should be moved.
    In the option group Destination Location Inventory you can view the inventory at the chosen location.
  10. Click Finish.
    A relocation task is created for each LPN.
