Configure a repack operation

To execute repack, items must be picked. The items can also be picked from the WIP-OUT location of a work center after a Kit and/or VAL operation. The WIP-OUT location must belong to the work zone that is used to pick the items for the repack configuration.

The order is always: Picking > Kit > VAL > Repack > Shipping.

  1. Configure the repack configuration. See Create a new repack configuration.
    You can add work zones where Kit and/or VAL operations are carried out to a repack configuration. For example, after Kit and/or VAL operations, repack operations can still be performed.
  2. Set the work centers.
    The work zone for a work center is defined by the first WIP-OUT location. See Add a WIP-OUT location to a logistic work center.
