Execute an instruction

All the instructions (except a document instruction) can be executed from the Supervisor, if the production order is in ACTIVE status.
  1. Choose Production Management > Production Orders. Search for and select the production order.
  2. Choose the tab Operations and select the operation.
  3. Choose vertical tab Quality > sub tab Instructions.
  4. Choose the tab Instructions.
  5. Select the instruction
    A document instruction cannot be executed.
  6. Click Execute Instruction .
    A dialog box will appear, depending on the instruction.
    In case of automatic or semi-automatic instructions, no dialog box will appear!
  7. Click Finish.

    A colored circle will appear in the instruction sheet.

    • Red = error
    • Orange = warning
    • Green = OK
