Instructions

The details for the operations are determined via instructions. This relates to instructions to be executed and checks to be performed (automatically or manually). Documents, images,... , can be linked to the instructions so that it is clear to the operator on the work floor how an instruction is to be executed. Warning limits and error limits can be set for certain instructions so that Objective can generate the right alarms.

Instructions can exist at different levels with constantly a higher degree of detail and the possibility to overrule:
  1. Resource type (for ex. all production lines) per operation
  2. Machine (for example line 5) per operation
  3. Recipe (item) / operation
  4. Recipe (item) / operation / machine

Filters can be added to make the applicability of instructions and instruction sheets variable. That way it is possible to add all necessary instructions on the highest level during configuration, and the filter will ensure that only the instructions of which the filter matches with the operation to be executed will be sent to production.

Dependent on the instruction type you can add various data to an instruction. Below is an overview of the data you can add per instruction.
