Adjust the column sequence

  1. Right-click a column header of the table with data.
  2. Choose Adjust Columns in the shortcut menu.
  3. Select one or more adjacent column names.
  4. Click the buttons Up , Move up , Down , Move down to move the column names.
  5. Uncheck Auto Save if you do not yet want to save the modifications permanently.
  6. Click Finish.
