Pick and crossdock lists can be released independently of the repack order. Consequently, the pickings can be completed before an operator see the repack order at the workstation. Whether repack orders are released automatically can be configured.
Choose System Management > WMS Settings > Picking Settings in the Navigation Pane.
Choose Configuration > Instruction Settings in the Data Pane.
In the drop-down list Automatically release pack order when pick/crossdock tasks are released in the option group Repack Options, select one of the following options:
Enabled, when pick orders, pick lists or crossdock lists are released, the repack order will be released.
Disabled, pick and crossdock lists can be released independently of the repack order.
