Show the availabilities totals

The requirements totals, remaining requirements and assignments can be displayed in the requirements pane.
  1. Choose Capacity Management > Planning Cells in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select a planning cell.
  3. Choose the tab Planning in the Data Pane.
  4. Right-click the column headers in the availability pane and choose Adjust Preferences in the shortcut menu.
  5. Choose the tab Totals.
  6. Where applicable, check one or more of the following options:
    • Show the sum of total availability
    • Show the sum of the remaining availability
    • Show total unavailability
    • Show unavailability by absence code, and choose a value from the drop-down menu (set for each project).
    • Show total assigned
  7. Click Finish.
