Set the visualization of the availabilities

A color can be set for the unassigned, underassigned, assigned, and overassigned requirements to give a quick visual overview of the relevant requirement.
  1. Choose Capacity Management > Planning Cells in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select a planning cell.
  3. Choose the tab Planning in the Data Pane.
  4. Right-click the column headers in the availability pane and choose Adjust Preferences in the shortcut menu.
  5. Choose the tab Visualization.
  6. In the option group Colors, set the colors for the various availability statuses.
  7. Where applicable, in the option group Options, check the following options:

    Use color indication for absence codes If this option is checked, the color set in Configurator will be used for the absence codes.
    Use system colors for codes without specific color settings If this option is checked, the system colors set in Configurator will be used for the attendance codes, absence codes and exception codes, if no color for the day code was set in Configurator.
    Show assigned skills In the cells of the availability pane the assigned skill is shown as text.
  8. Click Finish.
