Analysis dynamic Parameters of a job

A distinction is being made between the following parameter types:
  • GENERAL: These parameters are applicable in the relevant context, but are not transferred via an instruction. These can be displayed on the MES Operator Client via the resource view.
  • INSTRUCTION: These parameters are transferred via a setup, data collection or measurement instruction. Besides dynamic parameters, this element also contains the parameters consisting in a fixed value or attribute.
  1. Select the job for which you want to view the dynamic parameters.
See Select a job ('Element' Analysis, to select an active, stopped, held or completed job).
  2. Choose the tab Dynamic Parameters.
  3. It can be viewed for each dynamic parameter how it came about. To do this, select the desired parameter and click Resolve Path . In the dialog box Resolve Path, the system logic is visualized in the following option groups:
    Option GroupExplanation
Parameter Definition The results are determined for the relevant parameter definition.
Context The entire context (Recipe, Item (Group), Resource (Type), Operation) is known when the order is planned. The system can, by combining these data with the parameter configurations, determine which configuration has the best match, and which standard value (and possibly upper and lower limits) will be withheld.
Resolve Path The followed system logic is visualized in order of priority here. After each criterion, it is shown how many configuration candidates are still left.
Result After the last criterion, an overview is given of the resulting configuration candidates. The candidate which will be withheld in the end (best match based on the most priority criteria), is displayed in green.
Click OK after having finished viewing the resolve path.
This action is not possible for lines which contain an attribute or a fixed value.
