Edit Output Production

This functionality enables the user to rectify or edit output production for LPN and bulk items used in production.
  • Users can edit output production only for inventories that are part of the Bill of Material (BOM).
  • This functionality applies to operation cycles that are complete but the order is still active. Users can edit output production for active operation cycles via the Operator client.
  1. Select the job for which you want to Edit output production.
    See Select a job.
  2. Choose the tab WIP Out.
  3. At the bottom of the tab, choose Details.
  4. Select the Output line that requires correction in the production.
  5. Click Edit Output in the toolbar.
  6. In the option group Output Info, complete the following fields:
    FieldExplanation
    Original Yield Users can't edit this field; it displays the Original Yield value entered.
    Corrected Yield

    Enter the actual quantity of yield produced during the production.

  7. In the option group Inventory, complete the following fields:
    FieldExplanation
    Inventory Adjustments
    Check to update the available quantity of the inventory.
    When disabled, any change in the quantity of output production will apply only to this production order and will not affect the inventory as a whole.
    Available The system automatically calculates the available quantity of inventory based on the value entered in the filed Corrected Yield.
  8. Click Finish.
