Resource Groups
A resource group (2) consists of a logical grouping of machines and/or work centers (1). Often a production line is represented by a resource group. A production line consists of several resources, where every resource in turn may consist of several equipment modules. A machine or work center stays the plannable entity.
![]() | In Objective tree structures are NOT possible for resource groups. A resource can, however, belong to various resource groups. |

Before configuring Resource Groups (12), all Resource Types (10) must be configured first, which also applies to all machines and work centers.
