Add skills to an employee (via Skills)

  1. Choose Resource Management > Skills & Privileges > Skills in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the skill in the Data Pane.
  3. Choose the vertical tab General > sub tab Employees.
  4. Click Add Employees .
  5. Select the employees.
  6. Click Finish.

    You can temporarily disconnect skills from the employee by unchecking the box in the column Enabled.

    For example: A forklift driver can have a skill disconnected while awaiting the renewal of their forklift driving license.
