Add skills to an employee (via Skills)
- Choose Resource Management > Skills & Privileges > Skills in the Navigation Pane.
- Choose the skill in the Data Pane.
- Choose the vertical tab General > sub tab Employees.
- Click Add Employees .
- Select the employees.

Click Finish.
You can temporarily disconnect skills from the employee by unchecking the box in the column Enabled.
For example: A forklift driver can have a skill disconnected while awaiting the renewal of their forklift driving license.
