Add skills to a user profile

  1. Choose Resource Management > Skills & Privileges > Profiles in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab User Profiles in the Data Pane.
  3. Choose the user profile.
  4. Choose the sub tab Skills.
  5. Click Add Skills .
  6. In the Add Skills Wizard, select the skills you want to assign to the user profile.
  7. Where applicable, change the skill level in the drop-down list, in the column Level (default level = 1).
  8. Click Finish.

    You can disconnect a skill from the user profile by unchecking the check box in the column Enabled.

    For example: Safety officers can have a certain privilege in their user profile disabled while awaiting their successful (re) training.
