Add skills to a user profile
- Choose Resource Management > Skills & Privileges > Profiles in the Navigation Pane.
- Choose the tab User Profiles in the Data Pane.
- Choose the user profile.
- Choose the sub tab Skills.
- Click Add Skills .
- In the Add Skills Wizard, select the skills you want to assign to the user profile.
- Where applicable, change the skill level in the drop-down list, in the column Level (default level = 1).

Click Finish.
You can disconnect a skill from the user profile by unchecking the check box in the column Enabled.
For example: Safety officers can have a certain privilege in their user profile disabled while awaiting their successful (re) training.
