Add a skill to a user profile
- Choose Resource Management > Skills & Privileges > Skills in the Navigation Pane.
- Choose the skill in the Data Pane.
- Choose the vertical tab General > sub tab User Profiles.

Click Add to Profiles

- Select the user profiles in the Wizard Add to Profiles.

Click Finish.
You can temporarily disconnect the skills from user profiles by unchecking the box in the Enabled box.
