Set employee access to the resources

Access to machines, work centers or resource groups can be limited per employee.

Choose Resource Management > Employees in the Navigation Pane.
Select an employee.
Choose vertical tab Production > sub tab Resources.

Choose one of the following options:

Option	Explanation
Allow access to all resources	The employee gets access to all the resources. Where applicable, complete the Default Resource or click Machine Selection , Work Center Selection or Resource Group Selection to select the default resource.
Restrict access to the following resources	The employee only gets access to the selected machines, work centers or resource groups. Click Machine Selection , Work Center Selection or Resource Group Selection to add resources. Use the arrows to set the sequence in which the employee will see the resources in the Objective Operator Client. Select a resource and click Set as Default Resource to always show this resource in the Objective Operator Client first.
