If you want to make changes to a data collection parameter, you have to put it offline. When you make a data aggregation or data aggregation set changes, you need to put the data collection parameter offline and return online so that the changes will be implemented.
Choose Production Management > Resource Types in the Navigation Pane.
Unfold in the Navigation Pane the tree structure of the Resource Types, and the tree structure under the desired resource type. Select the machine or work center.
Choose the tab Machine or Work Center in the Data Pane.
Choose the vertical tab Data Collection > Data Collection Parameters.
