View a Uom

  1. Choose Item Management > Uoms & Dimensions in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Uoms in the Data Pane.
  3. Choose the Uom in the option group Uom definition and watch the data:
    FieldMeaning
    Name Uom name.
    Symbol

    Uom representation.

    For example: °C, K, hPa, cm³

    Description Uom description.
    ID

    Unique identification of the Uom.

    Can be used as a connection field for the same Uom in the ERP system.

    For example: °C, K, hPa, cm³

    Category Category of the Uom.

    For example: SI, IMPERIAL, NONE, TEMPERATURE (FAHRENHEIT),...

    Precision The number of digits after the decimal point to which the Uom should be rounded.
  4. In the option group General Uom Conversions, view the set conversions.
    FieldMeaning
    From Uom Name of the Uom to be converted.
    To Uom Name of the Uom into which is converted.
    Offset The value that needs to be added to convert to the new Uom.
    Factor The value by which the Uom should be multiplied for conversion to the new Uom.
