Relocate an employee to a department

Instead of removing an employee from a department and adding him to another department, it is more efficient to relocate an employee to a department.

  1. Choose Resource Management > Employees in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select an employee.
  3. Choose vertical tab General > sub tab Departments.
  4. Click Add Employee to Department .
  5. Click Move Employee to Department .
  6. Choose the department in the dialog box Move Employee to Department.
  7. Click OK.
