View failed uploads

For example, the upload can fail when the connection between the systems is interrupted.

  1. Choose System Management > Uploads in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Failed in the Data Pane.
  3. Use a time filter to enter the desired period. See Use a time filter.
  4. View the failed uploads.
  5. View the sub tab Transaction Details and the sub tab Errors.
