Display event data

Extra data can be visualized of an interface event, a device event and a device command event. It is possible to open these data with the built-in viewer of Objective, or with a viewer of your choice (e.g. code Writer).

  1. Choose System Management > Interface Events or Device (Command) Events in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Where applicable, you can use a time filter to enter the desired period. See Use a time filter.
  3. Select the desired event.
  4. Click in the toolbar, and select one of the following options in the drop-down menu:
    • Display event data with default system viewer: a viewer of your choice can be set to open the data.
    • Display event data: the data will be opened via the built-in viewer of Objective.
