Add a new anomaly reason

  1. Choose Capacity Management > Anomaly Reasons in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Click New Anomaly Reason in the toolbar of the Data Pane.
  3. In the option group General of the dialog box Wizard New Anomaly Reason, enter the below data:
    FieldExplanation

    Name

    (mandatory field)

    The name of the anomaly reason.
    Description The description of the anomaly reason.
    Type

    Select one of the following options in the drop-down menu:

    • Error
    • Warning
    • Info

    The anomaly reason is displayed with a different symbol for each type in the planning.
  4. Click Finish.
    The properties of an anomaly reason can still be modified afterward via the sub tab Properties.
