Add a new balancing scheme

  1. Choose Production Management > Balancing Schemas in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Click New Balancing Schema .
  3. In the option group General of New Balancing Schema Wizard, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation

    Name

    (mandatory field)

    The name of the balancing scheme.
    Description Description of the balancing scheme.
    Takt Time Enter the takt time of the balancing scheme. The takt time is the available time to produce one item.
  4. Click Finish.
    The properties of a balancing scheme can still be modified afterward via the tab Properties.
    To delete a balancing schema, select the balancing schema and click Delete Balancing Schema .
  5. Where applicable, add free fields. See Edit free fields via tab (Configurator).
