Add a new batch recipe

An output has to be defined to enable the possibility to add a batch recipe.

It is possible to add several batch recipes to an operation.

  1. Choose Recipe Management > Recipes in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Unfold in the Navigation Pane the tree structure of the Recipes and My Recipes, and subsequently the tree structure of the desired recipe, the variant and the version.
  3. Select the operation.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click the operation in the Navigation Pane and choose Add Batch Recipe in the shortcut menu.
    • Click Add Batch Recipe in the toolbar of the Data Pane.
  5. Select a batch recipe from the list or click Next to create a new recipe.
  6. Choose a resource type and an operation.
  7. Click Finish.
    The batch recipe is added as a new variant under the operation. The batch recipe receives a new sequence number, and takes over the description and the settings of the main variant.
    The generated batch recipe is automatically assigned the category BATCH.
  8. Edit the settings of the operation of the batch recipe where necessary. See Recipe operations.
  9. Repeat steps 3 to 8 to add more batch recipes (for example for other quantities).
    Modifications to the settings of the main variant will not influence the existing batch recipes.
    To remove a batch recipe, select the batch recipe and click Remove Batch Recipe .
