Add data to a holiday

  1. Choose Attendance Management > Exceptions in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Holidays.
  3. Select a holiday.
  4. Click Edit Holiday .
  5. Where applicable, in the dialog box Wizard Edit Holiday edit the data below:
    Field Explanation
    Date Click , select the date of the holiday and click OK.
    Name The name of the holiday.
    Description The description of the holiday.

    Code

    (mandatory field)

    Enter a code or click Select Code , select a code and click Finish.

  6. Click Finish.
