Add a new access profile

  1. Choose Access Management > Access Profiles in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right click Access Profiles or My Access Profiles in the Navigation pane and choose New Access Profile in the shortcut menu.
    • Click New Access Profile in the toolbar of the Data Pane.
  3. In the option group General of the dialog box Wizard New Access Profile, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation

    Name

    (mandatory field)

    The name of the access profile.

    Description The description of the access profile.
  4. Click Finish.
  5. Add an access schedule to the access profile, see Add an access schedule to an access profile.
  6. Add access to the access profile, see Add an access gate to an access profile.
  7. Add badges to the access profile, see Add a badge to an access profile.
  8. Where applicable, add free fields. See Edit free fields via tab (Configurator).
  9. The properties of an access profile can still be modified afterward via the sub tab Properties.
