This will allow codes and code groups for new holiday requests, be it specific to certain employees, employee groups, departments and/or attendance groups. If you add specific codes, the default codes will not be displayed.
Choose System Management > TA Settings > Holiday Request Settings in the Navigation Pane.
Choose Configuration > Codes > Specific in the Data Pane.
Click Add Specific Settings

In the dialog box Wizard Add Specific Settings, complete the fields below:

Name
The name of the specific setting.
Description
The description of the specific setting.
Click Finish.
Select a specific holiday request and use the arrows
to edit the sequence.
The codes are followed in the sequence set here.
Choose the sub tab Codes.
Click Add Code
or Add Code Group
.
Select one or more codes or code groups.
Click Finish.
Select a code or code group and use the arrows
to edit the sequence.
Add the employees, employee groups, departments or attendance groups that must use this specific holiday request.
