Set the default flextime code

The most used flextime code can be used as default.

This setting is only applicable if flexible work duration with core time is used. In this situation, absences outside the core time AND logged with a holiday request, will automatically be converted to this code. As an additional condition, this code must be set as default transfer code on the balance of the flexible work duration.
