Add a new anomaly reason

  1. Choose Attendance Management > Anomaly Reasons in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Click New Anomaly Reason in the toolbar of the tab Anomaly Reasons.
  3. In the option group General of the dialog box Wizard New Anomaly Reason, enter the below data:
    FieldExplanation

    Name

    (mandatory field)

    The name of the anomaly reason.

    Description The description of the anomaly reason.
    Type

    In the drop-down menu, decide whether the anomaly reason should be shown as error or as warning:

    • Error, the value can no longer be edited.
    • Warning, the value can still be edited.
  4. Click Finish.
    The properties of an anomaly reason can still be modified afterward via the sub tab Properties.
